The Infinite Dance of Transformation

Human beings are like seeds: when nurtured their potential can materialise into a beautiful plant. I have progressively become aware of my own seed composition so I can bring what makes me who I am and re-balance places or situations that I am involved with through a unique leadership blend.

To say that transformation is an integral part of today's world is a sweet euphemism as this reality is currently quite present in all spheres of our lives.

Transformation goes hand in hand with the notions of change and the unknown.

For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to change and go towards the unknown: change my environment by traveling on my own since I was a teenager, change my culture and learn about the diversity of the world by going to live alone on another continent as a young adult and then by regularly changing my country of residence, change my point of view by experimenting with contexts and situations I had not yet experienced, change my perspectives on the meaning of life by opening myself to new knowledge, change the world around me to open it up to other possibilities, etc. As if one of the implicit objectives of all these journeys in the physical reality was to make possible this immense inner journey that is life and which makes us discover many unknown regions within ourselves.

It is thus very naturally that I found myself in contexts of life in full transformation, at all levels. And it's been very exciting.

Despite the turbulence generated by any change, for nothing in the world would I go back to do differently because the further I go in the experience of life on earth, the more I feel that it can be summed up as a profound experience of continuous transformation and the ability to live with it. This is what I got to go through and this brought me where I am today.

Like any human being, I know the energy of fear and have sometimes let it take over from trust however the unknown is not something that frightens me. On the contrary, I find it very energising, invigorating to have the perspective of experiencing unknown things, situations and environments. It's always a source of valuable teachings about oneself, about the world, about a reality that one might have seen in a different, narrower way before and that suddenly opens up and gives new perspectives.

It allows me to open my consciousness, to remain dynamic and nourished by all this new information that I come to capture and integrate into my deepest being.

I genuinely enjoy to experience change and the transformation within me, to accompany another person in their own transformation and to accompany the collective transformation, which I have been led to do many times.

Entering the infinite dance of transformation and accompanying beings in their transformation is therefore obvious to me and what I am happy to get up in the morning with the intention of giving the best of myself in every moment.
