Ankata Ltd is dedicated to human transformation and the way we work is guided by key founding principles.
reality is a reflection of consciousness and humanity is learning to live in a multidimensional reality.
So, what is reality and what is consciousness?
There are probably as many possible answers to these basic questions as there are humans on the planet. The work produced by Ankata Ltd is governed by unity consciousness and here are our responses to date.
Our answers are expressed as statements that represent our vision and our guiding principles around these topics so that you understand who we are and how we work.
We think that having a vision is not necessarily seeing the same thing as your neighbor or others in general, but it is identifying what your own eye can pick up and explicitly share it with others.
To simplify this writing, we have chosen to assert and not explain because that would take us too far. Some claims are proven by current science, others are not.
The consciousness to which we are referring is universal, it does not belong to anyone in particular and is accessible to any human being who expresses the intention.
For every living being, life is consciousness and consciousness gives life to matter. Consciousness is the energy of life and all energy represents a form of consciousness.
Universal consciousness is what connects the infinitely small (nanoparticles) and the large whole (multiverse). It is a bridge, it makes us one.
The path of human life is to live a succession of experiences which, through learning and teaching, allow us to open up and expand our consciousness.
Reality takes root in consciousness.
Reality is made up of the visible and the invisible, the material and the immaterial. Visible reality is structured in the invisible.
Just because we don't see something doesn't mean that it doesn't exist (for example, the wifi waves that surround us every day).
Human beings interact with the visible and the invisible. The physical body, emotions, thoughts, energy flows, spoken words exist on different planes, on different dimensions. The human being is a multidimensional being.
Energy is not destroyed, it is recycled and transformed. The brain emits brain waves as a result of our thoughts and emotions. Every human being should ask herself/himself where the waves she/he emits go and where the ones she/he receives come from. The human being is a co-creator.
Individual consciousness represents the portion of universal consciousness to which an individual has access. To open one's consciousness is to access a greater part of the universal consciousness.
Opening your own consciousness allows you to expand your perception of reality.
Opening your own consciousness allows you to develop personal ethics, to lay down the founding principles of how to interact with the world around us, with life.
Consciousness goes far beyond a single mental activity. Our mental is necessary and very helpful when it is at the service of consciousness, integrated into and framed by a conscious process.
Our mental is a tool, it is not an end in itself.
The consciousness of an individual is extremely precious, it demands a lot of respect and attention at all times.
In the services offered by Ankata Ltd, we partner with people individually or in groups to examine their own life experiences, questions, fears, doubts, beliefs. We step into their consciousness and do so with full integrity.
No matter how long a partnership lasts, whatever goal is set, each individual is fully respected for who he is. Respectfully, we open our own consciousness to one another and receive theirs so that we can all share and work in unity, serving the collective good.
Thinking about the words I wanted to use to describe this fundamental principle for Ankata Ltd, I once again realised that it is still not easy to put words into it, or even openly to relate these principles to a professional business activity. Yet failing to take into account our multidimensional reality or the consciousness we serve as an individual with billions of intelligent cells, as the ruler of our own life, of an organization, of a function, of a collective deprives us of the possibility of capturing and grasping all the subtlety of the intelligence of life.
Those principles represent who we truly are and how we chose to work. We consider this approach as the most ethical and the only way for us to act as conscious leaders in the business world. We start each day with the will to respect those principles in our everyday decisions, behaviours, actions and words.
If anything is unclear or you want to discuss it, please do not hesitate to contact us. We encourage you to come back and read these affirmations during our collaboration.
