The service described below can be provided to individuals or groups supporting a personal or professional objective. With our vast and diverse experience in a wide variety of contexts, we can accompany you in your transformation, whether you are a senior executive, a professional or an individual in the process of opening up to new realities. 

Finding a coach is a very special moment in life. It is the moment when we are ready to open the bottom of our being to someone else and to explore, discover, solve, heal together. To do this, we need to find the right person, the style and the vibration that match who we are.

 

That is why this website was created: to allow anyone to feel and receive the energy that lies behind the coach in me and to determine whether or not it seems to be the right solution (it is totally accepted if it is not).

 

When I am a coach, I put on a special pair of glasses, made of organic energy, so that, with the sensors of my heart I can hear, see and receive everything that is expressed or emanated. Often, the heart and business are not allowed together as if it were a sign of weakness, too kind, too naive. Don't be fooled. Our heart is not weak at all, our heart is strong, our heart balances strategy and kindness and has unlimited access to wisdom, maturity and the ability to explore our inner truth with courage and discipline. It's time for us to bring this back to any part of our lives and the way we work and do business.

 

For me, coaching someone else is about building a bridge between our hearts, a direct connection that will be nurtured with authenticity, creativity and integrity. Through this bridge, we connect consciously in unity around our common purpose and our mind will play its role to help co-create what needs to be realized, delivered and generated, always with the intention of serving the intention of the heart.

From there, the results will be a natural manifestation in physical reality.

 

To prepare for a coaching session, I prepare myself and my own energy field so that it is totally clean and cleansed. This is what creating a safe space for the other has always meant to me, something I have done intuitively since childhood and then learned to practice deliberately. It is what it also means to work with integrity. Because it all starts at the level of energy, every thought, every word, every decision, every action.

With this approach, there is a complete alignment between what is visible and what is not, and this is the beginning of an amazing journey.

So, what is an effective HR function?

An HR function (either called People, Talent etc) is defined by the combination of teams, processes and tools/systems supporting people related decisions. It is a core function of a business, yet too many companies still disregard the strategic impact of this function.

My simple way of describing an effective HR function is one that is able to reconcile the need to provide efficient operational day to day support combined with a highly capable strategic thinking developed through a strong business acumen so that both process and people dimensions can be executed in a balanced way.

Many other parameters play a role in the type of strategy to be implemented, such as the size and context of the company. Time will also be an important factor, as nothing profound can be achieved in just a few months. It therefore requires navigating through short and long-term trade-offs, knowing that the long term does not mean the same in 2020 as it did just a few years ago.

Reaching the right balance requires a compelling vision, deliberate leadership and the focus of each member of the team to progressively build and enhance the way the function operates at scale.
